Dr. Dawn Kabacinski graduated from Michigan State University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. One of Dr. Kabacinski's very first jobs was working for Dr. Dworkis when he owned and operated PVH. He gave Dr. Kabacinski her start in emergency medicine when she worked at the 24 hour PVH in Southfield... The very hospital that has now become Dworkis Dog and Cat Hospital! That lead her to a career in emergency medicine and she went on to work exclusively as an emergency doctor for the next 12 years at East Suburbs Pet Emergencies in Harper Woods. When Dr. Kabacinski was looking for a career change, Dr. Dworkis invited her to come back home to work for him at the hospital where her career began. Dr. Kabacinski is not only providing her expertise to provide your pets with the best in emergency and critical care, but she is also enjoying the opportunity to finally have the chance to really get to know her patients and clients and provide them with the best in routine and wellness care too.
Dr. Kabacinski and her partner, Janell, are proud pet parents to five dogs (ranging in size from a Chihuahua to a German Shepherd!) and four cats
