For all services the following vaccines and tests are required:
For Dogs:
- Canine Distemper Complex
- Bordetella (given within the last 6 months)
- Rabies
- Current Fecal (done within the last 6 months)
- Current Heartworm Test
- Flea and Heartworm preventative (veterinary approved. Pet store products are inadequate)
For Cats:
- Feline Distemper Complex
- Feline Leukemia (If cat goes outdoors)
- Rabies
- Current Heartworm Test
- Current Fecal Test
- Flea and Heartworm preventative (veterinary approved. Pet store products are inadequate)
If the services were not performed at our facility, proof of vaccination and current flea and heartworm preventative MUST be presented at time of drop off.
